TOTAL

Total was born as a door handle with a rigorous and geometric language. The project introduces a radical solution: the absolute absence of the rosette, achieved thanks to the complete integration of the mechanical system within a single block. The junction between lever and door thus becomes a single, essential and architectural element. The lever, reduced to a thin parallelepiped obtained from a strip, defines a modern handle with a strong, rational and contemporary character.

Total, 2007
Total redefines the door handle as an essential architectural element, in which geometry, function and the absence of the rose coincide in a single design gesture

With Total, the designer handle is reduced to its essentials: a geometric lever, a single structural block and an integrated technical solution that eliminates every superfluous element.
